We are thrilled to announce Conscious Markets Group client Grounded Solutions Network has closed an initial $15 million in commitments in 2023 towards its Homes for the Future fund initiative, from Wells Fargo, Enterprise Community Partners and Yield Giving (Mackenzie Scott Foundation). The HFF aims to provide home equity wealth transfer to underserved communities through community land trusts. The success amounted to an almost 3X increase in funding YoY for Grounded Solutions Network.
