CMG Revival Opportunity Fund is a Qualified Opportunity Zone Fund partnering with faith-based and community landowner organizations to bring life to communities, by investing in sustainable affordable and workforce housing, mixed-use properties, and select businesses in OZs such as minority business enterprises (MBEs) to create jobs. The Fund identifies underutilized land located in designated Opportunity Zones focusing on tax benefits, affordable housing incentives, and CMG, the Fund Manager, utilizes innovative philanthropic and tax-equity co-investment models to increase localized ownership and impact, while producing market-competitive risk-adjusted investor returns.
The Opportunity Zone program was designed with partnership between corporations, non-profits, churches, government, and individuals in mind. NPOs and faith orgs are key pillars to the OZ program.
